Booking confirmation
The booking will be confirmed after payment of the NON refundable deposit to be made by bank transfer.
In the event of cancellation the deposit will be kept valid for any future stays (to be used within 1 year subject to availability of rooms according to the requested period).
In the event of early departure, the whole amount of the accommodation minus the meals will be charged for.

Check in:
The rooms are available from 3 pm.
Please let us know if you are due to arrive after 9 pm
For arrivals after 11 pm (reception closing time) we need to make individual arrangements in advance.

Check out:
The rooms must be left free by 10 am on the departure day. LATE CHECK OUT possible (subject to availability) with a supplement. Free bag storage.

Payment
We accept cash payments up to € 2999.00 (as provided for by law), cheques, debit card and the main credit cards.
Guests are invited to pay their bill the day before leaving.

Services
Internet access is available throughout the hotel via a Wi-Fi network.
Covered car parking is available at the cost of € 70.00 / week.
There is an electric safe at your disposal. Please note that the management is not liable for the loss of any money or valuable items left outside the safe.

Wellness
Opening times: from 4 pm to 7 pm
Swimming costume compulsory
Please note that you cannot use the towels provided in the room and that you cannot bring your own drinks
Services included: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, emotional shower with cold fog and tropical rain, Kneipp path, relaxation area
Services not included: UVA lamp, massages, towels for the wellness centre, robe

Restaurant
BREAKFAST: from 7.30 am to 9 am (entry time)
EVENING MEAL: from 7 pm to 8.30 pm (entry time)
Drinks at meal times are not included

Pets
We accept small pets on request and their presence must be communicated when booking, in order to assess the compatibility of the presence of the pet with the room assigned and our hospitality policy.
There is a supplement for pets.

Pets will only be accepted if:
- they are in adult age;
- the owner brings their basket/bed/carrier
- any damage caused by them is covered by the owner.
- Pets are NOT allowed in the dining room
- Pets must NOT be left unsupervised and alone in the bedroom (except at meal times).

Miscellaneous
Please remember that in the public areas of the hotel you cannot drink your own drinks.
SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in any of the areas of the hotel including the bedrooms
For entry into the hotel after 11 pm please use the secondary entrance located on the ground floor using your room key card.
